What we know about you. Less than you'd think.

We collect information needed to operate the store, process orders, provide support, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.

The short version.

We use contact, order, account, and technical information to run LoveSave. Payment information is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; LoveSave does not store complete card numbers or security codes. Marketing email is optional and requires your choice to subscribe.

You can request deletion at any time

Email privacy@lovesave.com or use your account data tools. Some transaction records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.

What we collect.

You give us

  • Order details: shipping address, billing address, email, phone (optional)
  • Account credentials: email and a hashed password if you create an account
  • Communication: any messages you send to support

We collect automatically

  • Technical information: browser, device, operating system, IP address, and diagnostic logs
  • Store activity: cart, login, checkout, and page activity needed to operate and secure the site
  • Cookie data: identifiers used for sessions, preferences, cart contents, consent, and fraud prevention

Sensitive information

  • We do not ask for health conditions or medications during checkout.
  • If you voluntarily include health information in a support request, we use it only to respond and recommend that you share no more than necessary.
  • Complete payment-card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider, not stored by LoveSave.

How we use it.

Only for the obvious things:

  • Ship your order, send the receipt, and update you about tracking
  • Reply when you contact support
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and protect customers and the store
  • Maintain accounts, carts, preferences, and required business records
  • Understand site performance and improve the shopping experience

How information is shared.

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not use your name or testimonial without permission.
  • We send promotional email only when you subscribe, and every message includes an unsubscribe option.

We disclose information only as needed to service providers and other recipients that support the transaction or our legal obligations, including:

  • Payment providers: payment authorization, settlement, disputes, and fraud prevention
  • Fulfillment and delivery providers: packing, shipping, tracking, and delivery
  • Hosting, security, email, and support providers: operating and protecting the store and communicating with you
  • Professional advisers and authorities: when required to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety

Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Cookies & tracking.

We use a small number of cookies:

  • Required cookies: login, security, checkout, consent, and cart functions
  • Preference cookies: remember choices that improve your next visit
  • Analytics or marketing technologies: used only when configured and subject to applicable consent requirements

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us at any time to:

  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your account and all associated data

Your available rights and our response period depend on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

How long we keep it.

  • Active accounts: as long as you keep the account open
  • Inactive accounts: may be deleted after the configured inactivity period
  • Order and payment records: retained as needed for fulfillment, taxes, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations
  • Support and technical records: retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, and business operations

Security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a legally reportable incident occurs, we will provide notices as required by applicable law.
