The agreement.
When you buy from us, create an account, or use our site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, that the products are for personal use, and that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and Shipping & final sale policy.
Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live. Checkout currently accepts United States billing and shipping addresses. We may refuse or cancel an order when required by law, when payment cannot be authorized, when an address cannot be served, or when we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
About the products.
The LoveSave Starter Kit contains personal-use tension rings, water-based lubricant, and use guidance. It is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified clinician.
Ask a clinician first if any of the following apply
Reduced sensation, decreased hand strength, a bleeding disorder, sickle cell disease, significant curvature, circulation concerns, a history of prolonged erections, or blood-thinning medication. Do not use unless a clinician has told you a tension device is appropriate for you.
Review the product safety information before first use. Do not fall asleep while wearing the ring or use it while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Sessions are limited to 25 minutes with at least 60 minutes between uses.
Purchases.
One-time orders
Orders are charged once using the payment method selected at checkout. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and estimated transit times are shown before the order is placed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not limit our ability to cancel or refund an order we cannot fulfill.
Final sale
All sales are final. Because LoveSave products are intended for personal use, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after checkout except where required by law. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are reviewed under the published Shipping & final sale policy.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are in USD. Applicable tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may change future prices or correct errors before accepting an order.
Your account.
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping the password private and for activity under the account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly so we can review and secure the account.
You can delete your account any time from your account dashboard or by emailing privacy@lovesave.com.
Acceptable use.
You won't:
- Use a product contrary to its instructions or warnings
- Resell or transfer products commercially without written permission
- Use our site to scrape, copy, or republish content
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our payment or account systems
- Use our site if you've been previously banned
Warranty & disclaimers.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting information. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by our published policy and applicable law.
Except for express written warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise a particular personal or medical outcome.
Liability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LoveSave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site, an order, or product use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Disputes.
If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can review the issue. Any dispute will be handled under the laws and procedures that apply to the transaction and cannot be waived by these terms.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively after the updated version is posted, unless a different effective date is stated or applicable law requires otherwise.
