Shipping methods, estimated transit times, and charges are shown at checkout. Estimates begin after the order is processed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing time, weekends, holidays, address issues, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery. Tracking is sent when it becomes available.
Discreet packaging.
Orders use plain exterior packaging with no product imagery. The shipping label includes the carrier, delivery address, return information, and other details required to deliver the package.
What's not on the outside of your box
No product imagery or itemized description of the contents. Required carrier and return-address information will still appear.
Tracking your order.
When tracking is available, we send it to the email used for the order. Customers with an account can also review order and shipment information from the account area.
Carrier tracking availability and history are controlled by the carrier. Contact support if you need help locating an order.
All sales are final.
Because LoveSave products are intended for personal use, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after checkout except where required by law.
Please review your order, shipping address, and product details before placing an order. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Email support@lovesave.com promptly with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

Opened or used products are not eligible for fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns except where required by law.
Shipping destinations.
Checkout currently accepts United States shipping addresses. An address is eligible only when checkout offers a shipping method for it.
We do not currently accept international shipping addresses.
